When Will I Receive My Order?
Delivery timelines depend on what you order, where the order is being delivered, and when payment is confirmed. Estimated timeframes are provided below as a general guide, but the most accurate estimate will always be shown during checkout and in your order confirmation.
Please note that delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.
Processing & Dispatch (Before Delivery Begins)
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse. Typical processing time is 6-8 business days before dispatch.
- Product-specific lead times are displayed on each product page.
- If an order contains multiple items, the longest lead time determines the dispatch date for the full order.
- During peak periods or supplier delays, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified by email where applicable.
- In some cases, part of an order may be dispatched separately to reduce overall delays.
- Tracking details are provided once the parcel has been collected by the courier.

Collection Services (Pargo Points & Bob Box Lockers)
If you select a collection option at checkout, your parcel will be delivered to the selected pickup point or locker.

You will receive a Ready for Collection notification from the service provider. Please do not visit the collection point before receiving confirmation that your parcel is ready.
